NEW CONTROL SUGGESTED ASSOCIATION’S CLAIMS The annual conference of the New Zealand Technical School Teachers’ Association decided in Dunedin yesterday that it favoured the setting up through the Minister of Education separate boards of -(management in technical schools. The proposal, which was recommended by the executive, would mean that the new boards would be established where it was desired by the association’s local committees of management.
