TOTALISATOR EMPLOYEE FOUND GUILTY P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, May 12. After a retirement of an hour, the jury returned a verdict of guilty on both counts against Arthur Cyril Vincent, aged 50, an auctioneer, of Ashburton. Vincent was charged in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Fleming with the theft of £5 from the Ashburton County Racing Club and forgery of five totalisator tickets Vincent was employed at a selling window in the totalisator on September 13. The jury added a strong recommendation to mercy.
