FAIR TO CLOUDY The Meteorological Office in Wellington has issued the following weather forecast for to-day:— Situation/—A deep depression lies in the Tasman Sea, and pressure is high south-east of New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. To-day.—Mode-rate to fresh northerly winds. Weather fair to cloudy, with moderate temperatures. Weather in Dunedin.—The weather yesterday was fine and mild, nearly 10 hours of sunshine being recorded. The maximum temperature was 62.5 deg and the minimum 54.2 deg. There was a slight north-east breeze. Rainfall -for the 24 hours preceding 7 o’clock last night was O.Olin. The barometer reading at midnight was 30.12 in (1020 millibars).
