SOVIET WAR HISTORY

FIRST VOLUME COMPLETED Rec. 11.55 p.m. LONDON, Mar. 12. The historical Institute of the Soviet Academy of Science completed the first volume of the history of the second world war, and it has now gone to the printers, says the Associated Press correspondent in Moscow. The official announcement says: “It gives an idea of the fundamental difference between the foreign policy of Russia, which tried to organise collective security, and the foreign policy of Britain, France and the United States, which aided the Fascist aggressors in starting the war.”
