Reginald Charles Bennett, who was represented by Mr J. S. D. More, was sentenced to imprisonment for three months when he appeared before Mr J. D. Willis. S.M.. in the City Police Court yesterday on a charge of being in arrears with his payments of maintenance. The warrant will be suspended if Bennett pays maintenance at the rate of £1 15s. a week and also reduces the arrears of £142 10s by a further payment of 10s a week. .
