Medical Officers may apply for appointment in any service, Dental Officers in the R.N.Z. A.D.C. (for duty with Navy, Army or Air Force.) PERIOD OF SERVICE] Commissions are Initially for three years on the Active List, but Officers will be eligible and may apply for further engagement. RANK: Rank on appointment is based on the number of years the Officer has been qualified e.g. a Doctor qualified two years would be appointed as a Surgeon Lieutenant, Captain or Flight Lieutenant.
