CENTRAL OTAGO TRAINS

Sir,—l notice that the Mosgiel residents have been complaining about their train service, but if they lived in Otago Central they would really have something to complain about. On Saturday the mixed train to Dunedin was three hours late, to-day (Monday) the express to Dunedin was li hours late and the mixed train from Dunedin was also li hours late. These are no isolated cases as it is the exception rather than the rule for a train to be on time on the Otago Central line. Punctuality appears to mean nothing at all to the railways officials in Central Otago, am. etc.. Traveller.
