IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that, owing to the death of Mr Charles Edward Richards, a Vacancy has been created in the Otago Education Board for the Central Ward, and that the ELECTION to fill the said Vacancy will be held on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 24, 1948.
