UNITED NATIONS APPEAL
WORLD’S UNDER-NOURISHED CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE AID Rec. 11 P-m. NEW YORK. Feb. 23. Students at International House, New York, are among those assisting the United Nations appeal for the children by writing to their friends and organisations at home. The United Nations asks everyone to give a days pay in -February and the students of all the 63 nations represented at International House are co-operating in an effort to relieve the estimated 460,000,000 children throughout the world under 15 years suffering from malnutrition, half of whom face starvation. , . „ Internationa] House is a Rockefeller foundation gift enabling a wide variety of studies to be continued cheaply.
