TUAPEKA MOUTH SALE
PRICES REMAIN FIRM A yarding of 1300 lambs, was forward at the Tuapeka Mouth sale yesterday.' Included in the offering were several lines of forward rape lambs, and the sale was keen, one good pen making 31s Id. Cull lambs also attracted competition, meeting with a firm sale. Prices:—
Best rape lambs made from 30s to 31s Id; good wether lambs, 25s 6d to 28s; medium wether lambs, 22s to 24s 7d; cull ewe lambs, 19s Id; cull wether lambs, 12s 6d to 16s 6d; full-mouthed ewes, 265.
