TO-DAY’S LESSONS

WRITTEN EXPRESSION These assignments of work are intended to be used only until the departmental assignments are in the hands of the pupils. Pupils should therefore discontinue their use when they receive the departmental booklets. Those for Standards I and II and Form II should be in the hands of most pupils this week. Pupils should- clearly address their completed work to the headteachers of the school to which they belong. Some packets and envelopes have been posted without any address whatever, and in some cases only the name of the pupil himself has been given. This makes the work of the postal officials very difficult, and in some cases the letters will have to be sent to the dead letter office. FORMS I anil II One week’s work: 1. A camping holiday-must be carefully planned. First, a suitable site should be chosen. What sort of place do you think best? Make a list of things needed for shelter, sleeping, and working.
