HEIRESS ABDUCTED

HELD BY MEXICAN SUITOR MEXICO CITY, Feb. 7. The abduction of a 15-year-old heiress was disclosed when her mother pleaded with the Mexican authorities to send troops into the fountains of Mazatlan to free her. Senora Consuela Capaceta, a wealthy Lower California land owner, said her daughter, Maria, was being held by the five sons of Nazario Moran, aged 73 One of the sons wanted to marry her. Senora Capaceta said she had rejected an offer for the return of her daughter if a 23-year-old son of Nazario Moran were permitted to accompany her as her fiance. The mother offered a rich reward for the return of her daughter and the arrest of her captors. The Mexican Army commander in the area is awaiting orders from his superiors to send troops to rescue the girl. ' -
