FINAL ALLOTMENT MADE RUSSIA GRANTED BIGGEST SHARE ‘ ROME, Feb. 8. In the Big Four Naval Commission’s final allotment to the Allies of the Italian Fleet. Russia gets the greatest number of ships—46, including one battleship and one cruiser. Britain and the United States were entitled to 28 and 26 ships respectively but they renounced their claims on condition that Italy scrapped the vessels.

France receives 43 ships, including three cruisers, Greece one cruiser and one auxiliary craft. Yugoslavia 17 minor ships, Albania one gunboat. Italy retains two battleships, four cruisers, four destroyers and 123 small and auxiliary craft.
