LORD REVEL SUCCESSFUL BIG TOTALISATGR DECREASE P.A. AUCKLAND, Jan. 2. The Auckland Racing Club’s summer meeting was concluded at Ellerslie to-day in hot weather. The course was fast, Brantome running a mile and three-quar-ters over hurdles in 3min 6 3-ssec. The totalisator handled £168,069 10s, compared with £208,163 10s on the fourth day last year. The investments for the meeting were £863,912, against £905,254 last season, a decrease of £41,342. A. Tinker, trainer of Beaufighter, was fined £lO for omitting to place a leadbag on his horse.
