! GRAIN FROM RUSSIA FOR BRITAIN LONDON, Dec! 30. Russia has informed Britain that she is prepared to begin immediately shipping 750,000 tons of coarse grains, due under the short-term trade agreement signed on December 27, says The Times parliamentary correspondent., Russia offers Russian ships until British ships are available. Some grain is already waiting at Russian ports. Britain probably will accept, the offer, subject to satisfactory freight arrangements.
