Conditions of competition and schedule of building requirements may be inspected at the Office of the Town Clerk, at the Town Halls, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Launceston, Auckland, and Dunedin. The name of every intending competitor must be registered in writing with the Town Clerk, Melbourne, not later than 12 Noon on MARCH 31, 1948, and, upon registration, a copy of the Conditions of Competition and schedule of building requirements will be forwarded to such competitor so registered. Designs, which shall bear no distinguishing mark, must be delivered under cover to the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, Melbourne, not later, than 12 Noon on MARCH 30, 1949.
