FRENCH AND DOMINION RELATIONS P.A. WELLINGTON, Jan. 2. Relations between France and New Zealand continued to develop in a favourable and friendly manner, said the French Charge d’Affaires, M. Henri Rollet, mentioning, especially, the credit arrangement between the tho Governments, which operated to the advantage of French woolbuyers in New Zealand.

He added that the lifting of the restriction of visas was another step towards removing formalities and barriers of unsettled times. If such relations as those between France and New Zealand were to be found elsewhere in the world, M. Rollet added, there was no occasion to give diplomats grey hairs. “But, unfortunately, that is not the case,” he said.
