WATER RESTRICTIONS
Because of the excessive use of water, hosing is prohibited until further notice, except between the hours of 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Thursday, Fernbrook residents were without water because of the over use of water in Oamaru resulting in little pressure being available to distribute the water in the North End
