PROPAGANDA LEAFLET RAID Rec. 8 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 21 The State Department reported that the French Government had dropped the charges against the American. Rabbi Baruch Korff. who had been held in connection with a reported plot to bomb London with propaganda leaflets. He was arrested at an airport near Paris on August 7. State Department officials said that* the United States Embassy in Paris was trying to help Korff to get home as soon as possible.
