WORLD DISCUSSIONS IN WASHINGTON Rec. 10 p.m. WASHINGTON, Nov. 20. Australia and New Zealand are Emong the 60 nations invited by the inited States to send delegations to the fourth international congresses on tropical medicine and malaria at Washing n next May. Since the congresses last met in Amsterdam in 1938, marked advances have been made in methods of preventing and treating malaria and other tropical diseases, and the forthcoming meetings are designed to facilitate and hasten the pooling of knowledge. Outstanding scientists from many countries will be invited to present their findings, which will be published for world-wide distribution.:
