Robertson, Gold Flyer Is a four-year-old gelding by Gold Bar from Mavis de Oro, and he is due to race at Wellington to-day. Showed Promise At the North Canterbury meeting on Labour Day Cultivator showed promise by collecting a second and a third, and he should add interest to the running of the Woburn Handicap at Hutt' Park. Cultivator is one or C. Isaacson’s team, and is a four-year-old by Jack Potts from Biddy Harvester. Assured of Support Pinto, one of L. F. Berkett’s team, has been started six times this season, and his record is two wins, a third, and a fourth. At the Auckland meeting last month he won a double, putting up 4min 28sec from a 4min 44sec mark to win the October Handicap from Vera Lyne and Marshal Ney. Pinto will have a big following in his engagements at Hutt. Park. He is an aged gelding by Dillon Hall from Reylena. Returning to Form Caudray, who is now in R. J. Berry’s stable, showed signs of returning to form when he finished fourth in the Manchester Handicap at Addington, and he appeals as an early winner. He is a six-year-old geld’ng by Dillon Hall from Mademoiselle, by Rey d'e Oro from Fairy Lady, the dam of winners in Fair Wave, Sea Wave, and Rollicking Wave.
