CLEAR THINKING

Sir —Mr R. C. Burgess, in speaking to the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce, is reported to have emphasised the need to think before acting. Our economic and political systems could not last for a day longer if clear, analytical thinking were brought to bear on them.
