FORM INDUSTRIAL UNION Industrial Correspondent WELLINGTON, Oct. 10. . The formation of an industrial union of employers in the passenger transport industry was approved at the annual conference of the New Zealand Public Passenger Transport Association which has just concluded in Wellington. The conference also entered a protest at the refusal of the Minister of Finance, Mr Nash, to grant any relief from sales tax op buses.
