OFFICERS RESUME
NEW SOUTH WALES FIRE SERVICES CLAIMS TO BE HEARD Rec. 11.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 2. Fire brigade officers at a meeting today decided to resume working the normal 84-hour-week roster at 8 a.m to-morrow. Since 6 p.m. yesterday they have been working under rosters prepared by themselves to provide for a 56-hour week. The men decided to resume work after an undertaking had been given that their claims for a shorter working week would be heard by the State Industrial Commission to-morrow.
