ALLAN.—On September 24, 1947, at his residence, 11 Falkirk street, Dalmore. Adam Kerr, dearly beloved husband of Isabella Allan and loved father of Guy, Agnes and Adam “ His end was peace.” —The Funeral will, leave St. Stephen’s Church, King street, on Saturday, the 27th inst., at the conclusion of the service commencing at 11 a.m., for the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery.—Hope and Kinaston, funeral directors. BARNETT.—On September 23, 1947 (result of an accident at Tawanui), Allen Frederick, dearly loved fifth son of Robert and Margaret Barnett; aged six years. “Sadly missed."—Private interment.—W. Lovie, funeral director. GRIEVE. —On September 24, 1947' (suddenly), at Dunedin, George beloved husband of the late Jane Ritchie Grieve, and loved father of Mrs S. C. Smith (Ocean View, Brighton) and Mrs G. Hollingworth (Christchurch); aged 65 years.
