Reuter’s correspondent in Budapest says the revolt in the Social Democrat Party over alleged irregularities in the Hungarian elections came to a head wjth the resignations of the president of the party, M. Szakasits. and the general secretary, M. George Marosam. Two Ministers in the pre-election Cabinet, M. Istvan Ries, Minister of Justice, and M.
