TERRORIST OUTRAGES
STRONG CONDEMNATION ACTION BY AUSTRALIAN JEWS Rec. 8 p.m. SYDNEY, Aiig. 4. Two Australian Jewish organisations condemn terrorist activities in Palestine. The Zionist Federation of Australia and New Zealand sent the following cable to the Jewish Agency for Palestine: —“ Australian Zionists are shocked at terrorist outrages. We sincerely hope that Palestine Jewry intensifies its measures speedily to end irresponsible criminal acts. We are convinced that the surest measures to . end terrorism would be. for the mandatory Power to assist Palestine Jewry by fulfilling the terms of mandate,' thus removing the root of the causes of criminal deeds.” The president of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry condemned terrorist murderers who “ outrage all human decency and violate the fundamental teachings of Judaism."
