OUTSTANDING SUCCESS Thirty-six items were presented by the youth of Dunedin at the concert organised by Mr Peter Dawson, of Station 4ZB, which drew a full house to the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall last night The concert was designed to assist the Macandrew Bay Orpnans - Club queen, Suzanne, in the queen carnival to raise funds for the completion of a bowling green, the erection of a hall for the Orphans’ Club, and extensions and renovations to the Boating Club sheds.. The success of the concert was due in no small measure to the organising ability of Mr Dawson, and the wealth of talent shown among the juveniles augurs well for future concert performances in the.city. -
