NEW APPOINTMENT
The Otago Acclimatisation Society has appointed its present secretary, Mr Leonard Millar, to a recently-created position as manager-secretary of the society. Mr Millar’s duties will entail the present secretarial work, together
with the control of the society’s hatchery, game farm, and ranging staff, and'the implementing of any policy decided upon by the council.
Mr Millar has been secretary of the society for the past six years, and is well known in sporting circles. He is a prominent Rugby referee.
