DOMINION FERTILISER, LTD.
DIVIDEND OF FOUR PER CENT.
The directors of the Dominion Fertiliser Company, Ltd., in their report for the vear ended March 31,- state that the unappropriated balance brought forward from the profit and loss appropriation account last year was £3735, and the net profit this vear (after providing for taxes) was £11,595, leaving available for appropriation £15,330. The payment of a dividend of 4 per cent, is recommended, absorbing £9622, leaving £5708 to be carried forward to next year.
