OUTLOOK UNSETTLED The .following official weather forecast, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— , Situation.—An extensive low pressure area east and north-east of New Zealand is moving away. Forecast to 5 pun. To-day.—Mode-rate north-easterly winds; weather cloudy and cool, with rain developing in the Lakes district this afternoon and later spreading south-east. Further Outlook.—Unsettled. Weather in Dunedin,—After a brief period of sunshine, the sky again became heavily overcast in Dunedin yesterday, and later in the, afternoon some light drizzling showers fell. The sunshine recorded amounted to 18 minutes. The maximum temperature was 51.1' degrees, the minimum was 41.3 degrees, and the grass minimum was 32.9 degrees. There was a moderate breeze from the northeast. The barometer fell slightly, and at midnight stood at 29.95 inches (1014-milli-bars). ■ . i -
