PRACTICAL PSYCHOLOGY
At the weekly meeting of the Dunedin Practical Psychology Club an interesting paper entitled " The Joy of Accomplishment ” was read An undertaking completed, or a piece of work done, it was stated, always brought rest and satisfaction. No matter how insignificent a task might appear, the doing of it with energy always resulted in cheerfulness and peace of mind. The price of success was steadily continued and rightly directed effort. The acme of effort was achievement, and the reward was the joy of accomplishment.
