NEW ZEALAND PIANIST IN • LONDON Rec. la.m. LONDON, Mar 11. Critics are full 'of praise for Colin Horsley, the young. New Zealand pianist, who gave a recital at Wigmore Hall, London, last night before going off to play his way home. The Daily Telegraph’s correspondent says “he showed extraordinary talent in a wide-ranging and difficult programme. He is indeed a virtuoso.” The critic of The Times says: “His playing had depth and brilliance. He has a. sure instinct about what the piano can do. without overstepping its nature.”
