CHARGE OF THEFT

Walter Edington Restall, a labourer, aged 30, appeared on remand before Mr J. D. Willis, S.H., in the City Police Court yesterday morning charged with the theft of clothing, qfy>a total value of £2O from the dwelling house of James Aburn, Green Island. The accused was represented by Mr J G. Warrington. In asking for a remand until 2.15 p.m on Mondav next Chief Detective T. Y. Hall said that the police would be prepared to go on with the case then. The accused was remanded accordingly.
