HIGH PRICES REALISED The official report on the wool sale at Dunedin on Wednesday states that the top price for Merino was 38jjd for an attractive lot of extra super combing Merino ewe, sold on account of Mr R. K. Ireland, of Oamaru. This wool came from Mr R. K. Ireland’s “ Ribbonwood ” run at Omarama, and other star Merino lots from “ Ribbonwood ” at this sale also realised high prices as follows:—Extra super fine combing ewe, 38d; extra super fine combing hogget, 36Jd; extra super combing hogget, 36d. At the February sale “ Ribbonwood ” - -Merino wool realised the following price's;—Super, fine combing hogget, -353 d; super combing ewe, 34d and- 32Jd; one combing ewe, 31d; fine ewe, 30d; ewe, 29d; super fine combing wether, 32d; super fine wether, 341 d; super combing wether, 32Jd; combing wether, 34d; wether, 28d; necks, 27d and 25ijd; one pieces 27d and 26Jd; two pieces 21d and 20id.
