NEW CUNARD COMPANY
Cunard White Star officials in Montreal have announced the formation of a new Canadian subsidiary company, to be known as Cunard Donaldson, Ltd. Mr T. C. Lockwood, formei' Canadian Controller of Transport, is president. The company takes over all the operations of the Cunard White Star, Ltd., ■ the Donaldson Atlantic Lines, Donaldson Bros, Ltd., and the Watts, Watts Line. The late Sir Percy Bates, as chairman of Cunard White Star. Ltd., announced last June the company’s intention exclusively to operate in Canada through a Canadian cotnpany. to be called Cunard Donaldson, Ltd.
