PERSONAL
Mr S. O. Hughes, of Dunedin, has been admitted to membership of the Institution of Electrical Engineers as associate member (A.M.1.E.E.). Dr Kenneth R. Stallworthy, of Aftckland, has been awarded the diploma of psychological medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, England. Archbishop Panico, Papal delegate to Australia and New Zealand, will arrive in Wellington from Sydney on January 20. He will bless and open the Minor Seminary for the Dominion in Christchurch on February 2.
