BRITAIN’S HEALTH PLAN
PLEBISCITE OF DOCTORS (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 14. The British Medical Association has begun a postal plebiscite of the 58,000 doctors in Britain and the services overseas for or against participation in negotiations with the Minister of Health, Mr Aneurin Bevan, on the national health service regulations.
