(Rec. 0.30 a.m.) HAIFA, Oct. 22. The British ships Ocean Vigour and Empire Heywood left for Cyprus before dawn with the Fenecia's 814 illegal Jewish immigrants, whose stay on Palestine soil lasted only long enough for them to walk from the quay where the Fenecia was tied up to the British ships. No incidents marked the departure.
