SALVATION ARMY BAND

VISIT TO SEACLIFF HOSPITAL The Dunedin City Salvation Army Band paid one of its periodical visits to the SeaclifT Mental Hospital last Sunday to present a programme of music to the patients. A programme was also presented at the Orokonui Home (Waitati), and to the patients of the James Powell Convalescent Home at Warrington. . , , During the afternoon the band played at various parts of the Seacliff institution, and was later thanked by the medical superintendent on behalf of the staff and patients. The arrangements for the trip were carried out by Mr A. Steven, secretary of the Patients and Prisoners' Aid Society, who accompanied the band.
