QUARTERLY SESSION CASES FOR HEARING The quarterly session of the Supreme Court will commence on Tuesday before Mr Justice Kennedy. CIVIL (Before a judge and jury of 12) Frederick Charles Smith (Mr F. B. Adams) v. H. L. Tapley and Co., Ltd., and the Port Line, Ltd. (Mr A. N. Haggitt).—Claim for £2139 9s special damages and £ISOO general damages for injuries alleged to have been received whilst unloading a boat. (Before a judge alone) Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company ot New Zealand, Ltd., and another (Mr J. C. Mowat) v. Andrew Donaldson and others (Mr J G. Warrington and Mr D. Ramsay)—Claim for decree for probate in solemn form. . , , „ ■ Joseph Cowie Nichols (Mr P. S. Anderson) v. Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand, Ltd., and others.—Claim for order rectifying the trust deed relating to the Mary Cowie Nichols Trust Fund. Hector George McCaughan (Mr E. J Smith) v. James Henry Brook (Mr D. Ramsay) .-Claim for specific performance of an agreement for sale and purchase of properly. IN DIVORCE Elizabeth Eyre Osborn (Mr E. J. Smith) v. Henry William Osborn (Mr F G. Duncan).—Petition for dissolution of marriage and custody, on the grounds of three years’ alleged wilful desertion. . In addition, there are nine undefended petitions for restitution ot conjugal rights and 27 undefended petitions for disolution of marriage for hearing.
