ROYAL MALE CHOIR

The Royal Mala Choir will present the third concert of the sixty-flrst season in the Town Hall cn Monday week The choir is now numerically stronger than ever and should muster about 85 voices on this occasion With some new partsongs as well as old favourites, the choir, under the baton of Ernest Drake, can be expected to maintain the level of performance for which the choir is noted The assisting artists will be Miss Barbara Patterson (soprano), Miss Mona Ross (contralo), Messrs Roy McDougall (tenor) Bryan Drake (baritone), Geoffrey De Lautour (bass). Misses Thelma Lupp (violinist), Dorothy Rush (’cellist) and Sybil Baker (pianist). . The plan will open at Begg s on Tuesday next.
