SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNTS PARTIAL UNFREEZING (Rec. 1 a.m.) BERLIN, Aug. 27. The Russian Military Government has ordered the partial unfreezing of savings bank accounts in the Soviet zone, permitting war widows and wives of detained prisoners to draw 300 marks from their husbands’ accounts. Women who are unable to work or are destitute are allowed to draw 400 marks.
