KUROW JOCKEY CLUB
THE ANNUAL MEETING (Special) OAMARU, Aug. 27. The Kurow Jockey Club held its annua, meeting in the Kurow Memorial Hall recently Mr L. Pavletich occupied the chair. The annual report and the statement of accounts were adopted. The election of office-bearers resulted as follows:—President Mr L. Pavletich: vice-president Mr A. H. McKinnon: honS treasurer Mr W. Menzies; honorary or Mr J. A. Lee; committee—Messrs J. Dwyer, A. G. Fraser, G. D. Grant, A.F.T. Munro P. Pavletich, and G. T Smith snr . „ ... .„ The meeting confirmed the committee s application to hold a race meeting at Oamaru on December 21 subject to the approval of the Oamaru Jockey Club, the Oamaru Trotting Club, and the New Zealand Racing Conference.
