POST AND TELEGRAPH LEAGUE

The monthly meeting of the Post and Telegraph Women’s League was held in the ladies’ lounge of the Chief Post Office on Wednesday evening last. The president. Miss D. H. Lowry, was ,n the chair. A flower competition was won by Mrs Stephenson. A successful bring-and-buy sale was held in conjunction with the meeting, and supper in the cafeteria brought a pleasant evening to a close.
