HIGH SCHOOLS’ BOARD ELECTION
The successful candidates for the two seats for parents’ representatives on the Waitaki High Schools’ Board were the Rev. A. Marshall and Mr C. /E. Ridgen. The third candidate in the ballot was Mr M. W. Austin.
Details of voting are as follows:—A. Marshall 291, C. E. Ridgen 272, M. W. Austin 253; informal 21. The successful candidates are elected for a term of two years.
