THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME?

The work of Swiss inventor, Dr J. Senn, this CO2 utre machine has been completed after 10 years of experiment. It is claimed that it does the work of one hour in one minute. The machine which is approximately I Oft high contains a rotator, turning up to 3000 revolutions a minute, for separating milk. The cream is then treated with CO2 to allow the immediate churning out of from 800 to 1200 lb of butter an hour from milk of 3.7 butterfat test. The machine can be worked continuously and will handle daily the output of about 25,000 cows. The butter is not touched by hand as it leaves the machine already wrapped for packing.
