Reader, do you know of such a land— A PROMISED LAND A land promised by God to certain individuals found worthy to obtain (as an eternal inheritance) the same? If you do not, then open your Bible and consider the following, which proves the existence (upon this earth) of the above:— , 1. Such a land was PROMISED TO ABRAHAM AND HIS SEED, Genesis 13: 15, Gal. 3: 16. 2. The seed associated with Abraham in the promise of the land WAS CHRIST, AND ALL WHO ARE ADOPTED INTO HIM AND COVERED BY HIS NAME. Gal. 3: 16-17, 27 and 29. 3. The land promised to Abraham and His seed was PALESTINE AND ADJOINING TERRITORIES. Genesis 17: 8, Hebrews 11: 8. 4. The promise (of eternal inheritance) WAS NOT FULFILLED IN THE LIFETIME OF ABRAHAM. Acts 7: 5. Genesis 23: 4. 5. The occupation of Palestine by the Seed of Abraham according to the flesh (the Jews) under the Law of Moses, WAS NOT A FULFILMENT OF THE PROMISE MADE CONCERNING ABRAHAM AND CHRIST. Romans 4: 13 and 14, Gal. 3: 18. 6. The fulfilment of the promises made to the fathers is spoken of in the Scriptures AS A MATTER OF FUTURITY. Micah 7: 20, Luke 1: 72 and 73, Leviticus 26: 42, Romans 15: 8. 7. IN ALL SCRIPTURE EXHIBITIONS OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD UPON EARTH, the fathers to whom the promises are made ARE PROMINENT, and the Holy Land (Palestine) IS VISIBLE AS THE BASIS. Luke 13: 28 and 29, Micah 4: 8, Isaiah 24: 23, Jeremiah 3: 17, Isaiah 61: 3 and 4; also 25: 8 and 26: 1-4. Friend—if you wish to acquaint yourself with God's plan for THIS EARTH, and further, if you wish to become ADOPTED INTO CHRIST, and COVERED BY HIS NAME—READ THE BIBLE DAILY. ” MEN AND BRETHREN, LET ME FREELY SPEAK UNTO YOU OF THE PATRIARCH DAVID THAT HE IS BOTH DEAD AND BURIED. . .
