KILDA JUNIOR BRANCH SOCIAL ■She first social function of the St. Kilda branch, Labour League of Youth, was helo on Monday last in the St. Kilda town hall All present enjoyed a full programme of dances and games. A large number o( new members were welcomed by th< president, who stated that the membershii had increased by 125 per cent. Among thdances were the lucky spot, statue destin> and Monte Carlo waltz, the last-namec being won by Miss and Mr Fogarty. Before the close of the evening a presen ■ tation was made to Mrs Clayton, whe had supplied the music. Owing to the enthusiasm shown by members, it wadecided to hold similar functions regular intervals.
