AMATEUR BILLIARDS
OTAGO CHAMPIONSHIP The first round of the Amateur Billiards Championship' of Otago, conducted by the Otago Billiards Asosciation was completed last night, when L. Napper beat H. Fiddes, 500 to 458. The best Dreaks were: Napper—s2. 23, 22. 20, 20; Fiddes—39, 37. 33, 28. 25, 22 22 21. The second round was commenced, A Rudduck, the present champion, beating E. Richardson, 500 to 248. Best breaks: Rudduck—74, 50, 44, 42, 30, 29 25, 22. 21, 20; Richardson—24, 22. 21, 20. Tne games for to-night are: J. Pearce v. H. Paterson at 6.45. and L. Napper v. W. Turner at 8.30
